I just want to remember Dr Engida Lemma who sadly died just over 6 months ago in mysterious circumstances, we do not know how he died, suffice to say that he was being hounded by Australian Security Services. I and others can only deduce that he was murdered by them!!! Engida lived in Melbourne, Australia.
Engida was a Targeted Individual, but this must not define him. He was a brilliant man, a very innocent man too! It is difficult for me to do him justice as a TI myself, it is difficult to put together posts of this nature here on Substack.
Engida wrote about the terrible attacks against him whilst living in Melbourne, and how he was tortured prior to his death, alas as TIs we are only too well aware. I think that the most tragic aspect of all, was that Engida’s life was far from easy, he described how he had survived life in a “concentration” camp in his youth. He was originally from Ethiopia, and it remains unclear where he spent his youth. Sadly I feel that he was possibly a victim of racism in Australia, reading between the lines!
Prior to his death, Engida continued writing on Substack despite all he was facing such as the loss of his home, he apparently slept in his car when friends were unable to accommodate him. His devices were all hacked, so he was forced to use a local library where he suffered horrendous torture! Sadly, I know all about this, many a TI will relay how “public” infrastructure is used against them!
Engida was involved in litigation against the state of Victoria, VCAT, who did everything in their power to prevent him from bringing a “case” against his landlord who had allowed certain parties to infiltrate his rented home, do damage to his personal effects and install nefarious devices to damage his health, ultimately forcing him out of his home.
When I read Engida’s posts in January, he was appeared to be composed and was making headway with the litigation processes, then sadly in February he stopped writing, he stopped responding to our comments on his posts! He was always so timely with his responses, we all felt very humbled when he responded to us offering support, we felt extremely privileged to have someone such as Engida on “our side” !!!
His final reply was around the start of February…alas that’s all I know! I searched for him on different sites, then one day in late March there was a facebook notification of his death! My heart sunk! It was hell to read! The death is this wonderful human being who I and others will never forget! As one of his close friends said “Once you met Engida, you will never forget him"….

I am now being subjected to 24/7 abuse using infra sound and other technologies, and continual mobbing wherever I go, I have been driven out my home, they have been blocking my employment and business opportunities and more, much more, including at least seven to 10 attempts on my life. I have tried all avenues, legal avenues but to no avail, it is as if everyone is asleep, or at least pretending to be asleep, these people belonging to the national secret intelligence organization behave as the law onto themselves, it is as if there is no civilian authorities in Australia and worse.In any case, this group in Australia and others elsewhere continue subjecting the people they target to various horrific abuses - conducting psychological and physical experiments on them using various advanced and crude technologies. And when these people speak out about what has been done to them, for these victims to sound crazy, or irrational and so on owing to the nature of what they must say.
It is important, therefore, to be careful in talking about these things, and not to fall in the trap that is being set for them. However, this is easier said than done. Most people do not have the right language to explain what is happening to them - and, as such, they end up saying things that would only help their victimisers, and to make the sleepers to continue to sleep and more.
There is also deliberate infiltration by those who are on the side of who are carrying out the horrific abuses and the non-consensual experiments, specifically, they go onto various forums and post intentionally unhinged things, flooding these forums with crazy sounding things, and making the entire thing questionable, and drawing the pain and suffering of the victims and more.
We have also other opportunists and psychopaths who seek to benefit from the suffering of others, Here, it is amazing the perfidy, the dishonest, the cruelty, the callousness of some opportunists. And then we have some who are trying to use this situation as some sort of business opportunity - offering those who are suffering impossible remedies, such as getting them off the TI list or some such.
How is this not as psychopathic in the same way as those who are targeting these people and subjecting them to horrific abuses in the first place?
Dr Engida Lemma left this world too soon! Engida should have been enjoying the Autumn of his life! RIP Engida - Always in our hearts!
